Eastern Kentucky Adds 4 More Games for 2020

The Eastern Kentucky Colonels were busy on Friday as they announced the addition of 4 games to their fall schedule. The Colonels now have 8 games scheduled for this fall.

Eastern Kentucky already had Marshall (9/5), West Virginia (9/12), The Citadel (9/26), and Troy (10/17) scheduled. The games against Marshall, The Citadel, and Troy were added earlier in the week.

Eastern Kentucky’s latest additions are all FCS teams. They will play a home-and-home series against Central Arkansas on Saturday, October 10 and Saturday, October 31. The Colonels will host the October 10 game while the Bears will host the Halloween contest.

Eastern Kentucky and Central Arkansas have not met previously on the gridiron.

Eastern Kentucky’s final two newly scheduled games will take place at home in November. They will play against Stephen F. Austin on Saturday, November 7 and Western Carolina on Saturday, November 21.

It will be the first meeting between the Colonels and Lumberjacks. Eastern Kentucky and Western Carolina have previously played five games with Eastern Kentucky leading the series 3-2. 2009 was the most recent game with Western Carolina winning 24-7.
