The UC Davis Aggies (Big Sky) have added the SMU Mustangs (ACC) to their 2026 schedule while announcing 2025 and 2026 non-conference opponents. UC Davis will travel to Dallas, Texas on Saturday, September 12, 2026, in the first meeting between the schools.
For 2025, UC Davis’s non-conference schedule will feature Mercer (SoCon) in the FCS Kickoff on August 23 in Montgomery, Alabama. The Aggies will play at Utah Tech (UAC) on Saturday, August 30 followed by a trip to Seattle, Washington on September 6 to play at Washington (Big Ten). UC Davis will end the non-conference slate with a bye week on September 13 and a home game against Southern Utah (UAC) on Saturday, September 20.
In 2026, UC Davis will play at San Diego (Pioneer Football League) on Saturday, September 5, the aforementioned SMU game on September 12, and welcome Stetson (PFL) to Davis, California on Saturday, September 19.
