The United Athletic Conference kicked off the week by revealing its revised 2024 conference schedule following the departure of Stephen F. Austin in May. The UAC will maintain its original 8-game conference schedule and the entire slate can be found here. The UAC also noted it is currently building its 2025 schedule, which will also feature an 8-game conference slate.
Eastern Kentucky – a member of the United Athletic Conference – and Robert Morris moved its game from Saturday, October 5 to Saturday, September 28. Both teams will now have a bye on October 5.
Idaho State and Utah Tech have agreed to a home-and-home series for the 2027 and 2028 seasons, according to FBSchedules. Utah Tech will host the first game on Saturday, September 11, 2027 while Idaho State will welcome the Trailblazers the following season on Saturday, September 9, 2028. Idaho State won the only meeting between the teams in 2013 by a score of 40-14 when Utah Tech – then called Dixie State University – was a member of the NCAA Division II Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC).
The final schedule item is actually three series scheduled by Maine, per FBSchedules. The Black Bears will play a home-and-home series against Colgate, Merrimack, and Stonehill. Maine and Colgate will square off on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at Colgate and on Saturday, September 7, 2030 with Maine hosting. Merrimack is hosting Maine this year on Saturday, September 21 and Maine will host the return game on Saturday, September 12, 2026. Finally, Maine will host Stonehill on Saturday, September 13, 2025 with Merrimack welcoming Maine on Saturday, September 15, 2029 in the return leg. Maine has been busy with scheduling as it was recently revealed the school agreed to a 2025 matchup versus Liberty from the FBS.
