West Georgia has finalized its 2024 schedule by adding non-affiliated Lincoln University from Oakland, California. West Georgia will welcome Lincoln on Saturday, November 2. The Wolves are entering their inaugural season as an FCS member and will play 11 games including two against non-Division I foes with the other against NCAA Division II opponent Shorter University. A total of 58 games are scheduled in 2024 featuring FCS teams against non-Division I opponents.
Northern Colorado and New Mexico will meet for a 2027 contest, per FBSchedules. New Mexico will host the Bears on Saturday, September 4, 2027 with UNC receiving $375,000 for the game. The 2027 matchup will be the first meeting between the two schools in nearly a century. Northern Colorado won the only two previous meetings in 1932 and 1933. Over 450 FCS versus FBS games are scheduled between 2024 and 2034 with a full list available here.
Murray State and Presbyterian have scheduled a contest for the 2027 season, according to FBSchedules. Presbyterian will travel to play Murray State on Saturday, September 4, 2027 and will receive $140,000 for the game. The two teams met for the first time in 2023 with Murray State winning 41-10 at home.
