A matchup of Wildcats will take place in 2025 according to FBSchedules. Arizona will welcome Weber State to Tuscon on Saturday, September 6, 2025.
Weber State will reportedly receive a guarantee of $625,000 for the game. It will be the first matchup between the schools (page 57).
This is the third opponent featuring Weber State to be scheduled this offseason. The Wildcats will also face James Madison in a home-and-home series in 2021 and 2022 in addition to Utah State in 2022.
Arizona is scheduled to face FCS foes each season through 2027. They will get well acquainted with Northern Arizona as they will face them in 2021, 2023, 2024, 2026, and 2027. They will also play North Dakota State in 2022.
As for Weber State, they have FBS opponents Utah (2021 and 2023) and Washington (2024) in addition to Utah State in 2022 and Arizona in 2025.
