Robert Morris and Buffalo have scheduled a matchup for Saturday, September 26, 2026. The two schools have met once previously in 2019 with Buffalo posting a 38-10 victory.
Robert Morris has three additional future FBS teams scheduled against Utah State on August 31, 2024, West Virginia on August 30, 2025, and Akron on September 12, 2026. Buffalo has Lafayette scheduled in 2024 (8/29), Saint Francis in 2025 (9/6), Albany in 2026 (9/3), Central Connecticut State in 2027 (9/18), and Stony Brook (9/9). Close tabs will be kept on the Albany matchup in 2026 as that would give Buffalo two FCS opponents and only one of those games would count towards bowl eligibility.
VMI and Virginia have scheduled a two-game series in 2030 and 2032. VMI will travel to Charlottesville on November 30, 2030 and November 20, 2032. The schools were frequent travel partners with an annual meeting between 1919 and 1970. Virginia leads the all-time series 57-23-3 and the most recent meetings occurred in 2010 and 2013 with Virginia winning 48-7 and 49-0, respectively.
VMI has future games scheduled against Georgia Tech (2024), Navy (2025), Virginia Tech (2026), West Virginia (2027), Liberty (2028), and Louisville (2029). Virginia will play Richmond (2024 and 2028), William & Mary (2025 and 2027), and Norfolk State (2026).
