North Dakota State Adds Towson To Future Schedule

The North Dakota State Bison have added the Towson Tigers of the Colonial Athletic Conference to their 2021 and 2024 schedules. The Bison announced the news on Thursday.

The 2021 game will be played on September 18 and see NDSU travel to Towson, Maryland. The Tigers make the trek to Fargo on September 21, 2024 in the return matchup.

The 2021 schedule is now complete for the Bison. They will have non-conference home games against Albany and Valparaiso.

The 2021 matchup between NDSU and Towson will be a rematch of the 2014 FCS National Championship game won by the Bison 35-7. NDSU won that matchup as the top overall seed against the seventh seeded Tigers.

As of this writing, the 2019 NDSU team is seeking their 8th FCS National Championship in the last decade. Towson finished 7-5 and in a tie for 5th place in the CAA.
