UCF announced a slew of future games including four against FCS teams. Bethune-Cookman, North Carolina A&T, Maine, and Tennessee Martin will travel to Orlando over the next four seasons although the exact dates are unknown for some matchups.
In 2025, North Carolina A&T will play at UCF in the first matchup between the two schools. The following season, Bethune-Cookman will make the short trip to Orlando. UCF holds an 11-5 lead in the all-time series that dates back to 1981. The most recent meeting was a 41-7 UCF victory in 2014.
In 2027, UT Martin and UCF will meet for the first time on Saturday, September 11. Maine will play at UCF on Thursday, August 31, 2028. The two teams met in 1994 and 1995 when UCF was still a member of the FCS (then called Division I-AA). UCF won both matchups 28-6 in 1994 and 37-17 in 1995.
As of this posting, over 435 future FCS versus FBS games have been scheduled through the 2034 season including UCF’s 2024 season opener against New Hampshire on August 29.
