The Wagner Seahawks will be traveling in 2022 to take on the Syracuse Orange as announced by Syracuse on Wednesday.
The game is scheduled for Saturday, September 24, 2022. It will be the third matchup between the two schools after meetings in 2013 and 2018. Syracuse won the first contest 54-0 and the second one 62-10.
Syracuse has FCS opponents Colgate (2020), Albany (2021), and New Hampshire (2026) in addition to Wagner on its future schedules.
Wagner will take on FBS teams Miami (FL) in 2020, Buffalo and Temple in 2021, Toledo in 2023, and Massachusetts in 2024.
Wagner is scheduled to start the 2020 season Saturday, September 5 against Central Connecticut State at home.
